how do i get my windows live acount password if I don't have it

I made a account for dead rising 2 on PC so I could save the game and that was 2years ago. Now I have a windows cellphone and I don't have the password to the account. Some help would be appreciated.

Recover the password? Generally a safe option on websites or services requiring email addresses and passwords...

By the way, games for windows live is now dead, if you meant that and not normal windows live.
