How do I get NVIDIA 3D Vision 2 glasses to work?

I can't get 3d to synchronize with my 3d glasses.

I have a decent rig and have followed the instructions to the letter. All drivers I can find both from disk and online have been installed. I'm at a loss about this.
To describe my setup:
Intel I7 3770
16 Gb Ram
SSD HD 250 Gb
GPU - NVIDIA GTX970.
Glasses - NVIDIA 3D VISION 2 tm
Monitor - ASUS - VG278HE
