How do i get rid of a full page ad

Hi, when I log onto my yahoo mail page (from Google) the left side shows how many emails, how many spam, etc, the rest of the (full)page shows an ad for a home mortgage company. It does not go away until I right click my mouse and click on "reload frame", it goes away until I get done looking at

Please i don't know about IE but firefox and opera has addon called Ad-Blocker.
That will help you to block unwanted ad forever~
