How do i get sound which was lost when i updated to windows 10

When I updated from win 7 to 10 I list all sound. Can you please help ?

Go to your laptop/motherboard manufacturers website, punch in your model number into the search/support page. Then download the sound driver. I also suggest downloading all windows 10 drivers to make sure nothing else will go crazy.
