How do I get views on youtube

Hey guys I opened a youtube channel over a month ago I uploaded 9 videos in it but why my video wont get views?? It always down from 200 views why it so guys can anyone help me fixing this problem and get more views in youtube? here is my channel guy see weather is has some mistake or I did anything wrong please help me guys
