How do I go about getting a new replacement 1942 CD?

I think my 1942 CD key has been jacked. I log on and sometimes it say CD KEY
IN USE, WTF? However, I still have my original CD and box etc. I heard EA
will give you a new KEY if you are original owner. How do I go about it?
There are no phone numbers on their website or on my CD jewel box.
