How do I go about installing a Memorex portable dvd/cd rom driver onto a H.P.Chromebook laptop

I can't get my H.P.CHROMEBOOK Notebook Laptop to play any windows computer software,what can I do to solve this here problem???

A chromebook, by definition, does not have windows OS. That is why it won't run windows software.

Buy a Windows compatible device.
