How do i go about upgrading

how do i go about upgrading from athlon64 x2 to an athlon 2 x4 640 on my m2n32-sli deluxe

Flash the BIOS to the 5002 version and install the processor. But I noticed the web page for that board and the processor you want to use has a note in the margins stating "Beta". I don't know if that is a concern or not. I would still go for it.
