How do I go to bios?

Hi, I am very confused with my bios rn. When I booted up my pc it showed this:

Is this even a bios screen?I have a windows 10 san disk flash drive in. I can't change anything about this page because my keyboard is not registering. What do I do? What am I doing wrong? This is a picture of my ports and such:

Take the San Disk out and see if it boots to BIOS, I doubt it will. Can you post your PC specs please ?

Looking at your I/O panel picture, there appears to be a purple PS/2 port to the left of D-SUB monitor port. Buy a native PS/2 keyboard and plug it in to that purple PS/2 port if your current USB keyboard can't trigger BIOS access.
