How do I increase my Dedicated Memory on my Video Graphics card?

I have a dell Inspiron One 2330 desktop and im trying to upgrade my dedicated video memory to play games. I cant find the option to change it in my BIOS trying to change from 38MB since i a 8GB ram

define upgrade video memory if you mean more vram you cant exept get a new gpu
if you mean more ram in your system get a 8gb ram stick

A lot of computers don't have those options, if you don't see it in the bios than it's not an option. Keep in mind even the best Intel HD IRIS PRO only performs as well as a gt740 and gtx 750 is twice as fast as 740.

A gtx 950 will give you some serious gaming improvements, not increasing vram on igpu (assuming it's even an option).
