I have Intel i5 in my HP, and i read several threads about increasing it. My problem is that, i can't see the options in my BIOS to change it. If it matters, my BIOS is Hewlett-Packard Dev. Co L.P. version 2.15.1229.

Solution
You have to buy a new GPU if you want to increase the VRAM. Find out what your existing one is and then we can make recommendations. Similarly if you want to increase your system memory you have to buy bigger RAM sticks or more.

You can overclock the memory speed but you can't get more without upgrading the hardware and overclocking only gets you so far.
