How do i install a corsier h100i cpu cooler in a cooler master haf 932 full size case?

I dont know where to put the radiater because on top theres a huge fan that came with the case do i take the fan off how would i do it?

Take the huge fan off. The spec - http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=2810 - says you acn mount 3 x 120mm fans on top. So your radiator will have the same spacing as two of those fans.
