How do I install activeX with 3D acceleration?

Hello,
I am trying t o update my activeX to include 3D acceleration. I have an MSI laptop with 1.60GHz and 0.99 RAM running on Windows XP. I tried playing a game that gave me an error saying the game needs 3D Accelortion to run. But, I don't know how to update it. Is there a safe place to find the driver or whatever it is called?
