How do I install BenQ XL2411T drivers? or get BenQ XL2411T working. (Help please)

Hi, yesterday i got BenQ XL2411T 144Hz monitor and obviously it can't be working right without installing drivers but the problem is, I don't know how to install them since there is no .exe and the files from the CD look like this: http://puu.sh/4Mxqb.png - Also exact files when I download from BenQ's site and I have no clue how to install. I've tried google and search from here but nobody else seem to have this problem. Or is the problem with something else?

Please help, I've been struggling with this for a 2nd day now.

It's just a colour/contrast/gamma etc. profile, you don't need to install it.

Even if so, I need to install drivers so my monitor isn't seen as "generic PnP monitor" as right now all i can do is have 60Hz at max or 120Hz at 1024x768 resolution.

I need help with this, I don't know what to do anymore to make this work.

It should work without it, are you using a dual link DVI cable or display port? An ICC profile will do nothing to get you to 120Hz 1080p.

But to do it, all you do is type 'colour management' into the start menu, click add profile and select the file.

Generally speaking, when you are limited to a low resolution, it is a problem with your GPU drivers.

There is no reason which not having a monitor's drivers (coming from someone with an XL2420TX) would limit the resolution.

I can't quite tell if your problem is that you are not using a dual-link DVI cable (the only input on an XL2411T that has the bandwidth to drive the display at 1920*1080 120Hz) or a GPU driver issue.

I have DL-DVI cable, my GPU is 6950 with DL-DVI spot, I've used 2 Different cables to just see cable isn't broken, I have latest drivers.
I did that but didn't do anything, my monitor is still generic PnP and all i can do is 60Hz at maximum
I can't get 144Hz or even 120Hz.. What can I do?

Can anyone help me please? I really need help with this and i don't know whats wrong, is it that my 6950 doesn't support this monitor? It's ASUS 6950
I got Dual Link DVI cables on right places, my GPU drivers are the latest but the monitor is seen as generic PnP monitor.

Please can someone help? I can't even return the monitor because it's used right now and i can't afford wasteing money on monitor that is it not working. I'll tell more information whatever is needed.

6950's can be deceptive. They usually have both a single-link and dual-link DVI ports, even though both look like dual-link. In some cases (such as Asus's DCII), both are single-link unless you manually change a switch.

Haha wow, thank you so much! There really was a switch, a small tiny black one on the side and now its working like it should be, thank you very much! I would of never have thought about such thing.
