How do I install chipset drivers?

I have MSI live update 5 and it says I have no chipset drivers after I click install It just installs catalyst which is for graphics and I have a Nvidia card. I also checked the website and there is a 40 mb download for Catalyst! Do I already have them or what. Because Live Update 5 says I don't have any and there is no download for them that isn't catalyst.

Go to the motherboard's webpage and there should be a download section. Download all the updates and run them

if you have an intel mb google intel chipset drivers for the newest drivers. your mb will have the chipset and drivers it needs on a cd. the drivers may be a few months old but they will get you running.

I have AMD I downloaded the Drivers off of MSI and it is the Catalyst Control Center! ATI System Drivers for 7xx/8xx/SB7xx/SB8xx Series (except RS690, 740)

Once downloaded, double click on the file you downloaded, it should open up the .zip file, then double click on the EXECUTABLE file

After it finishes extracting then double click on the Setup file

I did the extracting was the setup file it then lead to the installation of CCC on the left picture.

same issue..the chipset drivers only contain the gpu driver
