How do I install Corsair ML120 RGB Pro & ML140 RGB Pro fans?

How do I install Corsair ML120 RGB Pro & ML140 RGB Pro fans?

I have the an asus maximus x hero motherboard.
Both corsair fans have 2 separate connectors, please see the image below.

I know the right connector connects to the CHA_FAN1 and CHA_FAN2, however I don't know where to plug the left connector.

Do I connect it to the LED2_CON1 which is right below CHA_FAN1?
If that is true, then there is only one LED2_CON1, and I would need 2 to connect the other fan as well. Would a 2 way splitter work?

Those extra connectors are for controlling the LEDs and you'll need Corsair Lightning Node Pro,
specs: http://www.corsair.com/en-eu/corsair-lighting-node-pro

LED2_CON1 may use a different pinout than ML RGB Pro and connecting them there might fry either the LEDs inside the fans or MoBo itself.

Actually, you'll need an RGB Fan Hub AND a Lighting Node Pro. The extra connectors on the fans are connected to the RGB Fan hub and then the Fan Hub is connected to the Lighting Node Pro.
Both the Fan Hub and the LNP come with the multipacks of the ML RGB series fans.
