How do I install Deepcool RF120 RGB fans?

So I know the RGB fan has two cables: the fan cable and the RGB cable. So which cable do I plug into the power supply and which cable do I plug into the motherboard? Or do I plug them both into the motherboard? My motherboard supports MSI Mystic Light Sync by the way so I am trying to hook up my fans to the mystic light sync.

To control the RGB using MSI mystic light sync you would plug the Deepcool RF120 RGB cable into "JLED1", and the fan cable into "SYS_FAN1" or "SYS_FAN2".
