How do I install MSI drivers without an optical drive?

I'm new to PC building and I have a MSI Z170A gaming m5 motherboard and I don't know how to download drivers without an optical drive to put the CD it comes with in.

Please give step by step explanation.

1- Select your OS
2- Download the drivers you need
3- Copy them to an USB thumb drive and plug it into the MSI board after you're done with Windows installation (if the PC you're on is not the one that has the MSI board)
4- Run the driver installation
5- Done.

Same things with any utilities you might want from the CD

I don't need to update BIOS right?

The common understanding is that, you shouldn't update BIOS unless you are having problem that the specific BIOS update is suppose to solve (CPU compatibility for example). Read the description carefully and only apply the BIOS update if needed, and not as they become available.
