How do I install new Intel Graphics Driver?

I deleted my graphics driver because of this guide then my computer screen went black it said error and goes back to my desktop EVERYTHING looks different it's still in windows 10 but my applications are all zoomed in my wallpaper doesn't fit anymore I got to my device manager trying to look for Device Adapters it's gone I have no driver I tried to install new Intel drivers but it wouldn't let me now everything I use looks all zoomed in or zoomed out I can't fix it please help me before my dad kills me.

I am using a Dell Computer It's about 5 or 6 years old that's all I really know

Its typically in the chipset. You can get from dell's site using model number.

what it basically is, it changes your computer back to a point in time so if you accidentally deleted a program or you got a virus it will undo that
