Question How do I install ram in an an asrock b250m pro4 motherboard?

try flipping the stick? one side is longer than the other

2nd and 4th slot from heatsink are the correct slots for dual channel. As said, the ram stick has a notch underneath you use to align which way it sits. Press in until the dimm latch fold inwards locking ram into place.

Motherboard manual should have a install diagram.

Everything is llined up perfectly i checked it my problems is that no matter how hard i lus it evenly it doesnt click in. I looked at the manual it says that both flips habe to be open but my motherboard has only one flipable switch So i guess the manual is incorrect.

Ram won't simply sit in, there is a bit of force required. Think you're being too gentle which is understandable.

Perhaps look at some youtube videos showing how. Ram is very easy to install so if it's this hard, something else is a miss.
