[SOLVED] How do I install RGB fans?

Hello. I'm looking for some advice. I'm building a pc and I am going to be installing rgb case fans. I have never installed these type of fans before. I'm also going to installing 3 identical case fans and one cpu aio liquid cooler that is also rgb. I have linked the 2 parts below.

I've seen YouTube videos of people using these 2 parts and they have, I believe, each fan operating in sync - changing colour when the other fans do.

Assuming I have these 2 parts, what else do I need to connect the fans to the motherboard. Does the motherboard need a specific feature for RGB? I am also installing an aio liquid cooler and that has RGB also. I'm wondering if that makes connecting everything more complicated.

There are 2 types of multi-color lights, RGB (Analog, 12v, 4 pin) and A(Addressable)RGB (Digital, 5v, 3pin) so your MB has to have appropriate connectors/headers or you would need separate and type appropriate controller because those types are not compatible with each other.
Light can be controlled by software appropriate to MB or controller.

Yes, just for power cables make sure that in BIOS their header is set to PWM instead of Voltage control.
Fans that can be daisy chained have aither a plig on them or an extra RGB cable with male connector.
