I need to install Word from my Office 2000, but I don't

Why isn't there a Windows 2000 CD-ROM? Was Windows 2000
pre-installed on the computer and the OEM provided just
a recovery disk? Check for an alternate location for the
Windows 2000 installation files on the hard drive, such
as in an i386 folder. If present, then when Word asks for
the Windows 2000 CD-ROM, point to the location of this
i386 folder, such as c:\i386\.

You'll need the CD if you want to install it.
