How do I install Windows 10 without an optical drive?

I plan on not getting an optical drive for my incoming computer.

You can download the ISO to USB using a program from Microsoft, it basically does everything for you. Then insert USB in new PC, ensure USB is selected as a boot drive in your BIOS and away you go. You can even buy it already saved on a USB stick if you want.
