Hello. I have downloaded an iso file for windows 11 (This being the name: 22000.51.210617-2050.CO_RELEASE_SVC_X64FRE_EN-US) and want to install it on my pc using rufus. I had read that i need gpt for windows 11 but guides on internet about how to install windows with rufus say mbr. Which one should i select?

Machine specs:
Running windows 10 enterprise 21h1
VGA 5600xt
CPU 5800x
MB X570 TUF Pro
32GB RAM
980pro ssd

Also do i need to worry about these beta releases damaging my hardware?
And Please tell me how i should install windows 11, i know its a simple thing but i havent had a pc before, had a laptop. What do i do in bios besides chaning boot priority? UEFI stuff? :/ I have done the tpm2.0 thing.

Solution
No, see how you go.

Just be aware its not finished so strange things can happen. If anything weird happens, just go back to 10.

it shouldn't do any damage to hardware.
is this your main PC?

If so, don't put Win 11 on it yet, its still beta. Just wait till its actually out and more drivers are known to work with it.

I would only put win 11 on a spare PC right now

Honestly, I couldn't wait lol and went ahead with installation. Yes it's my main machine. So far so good to be honest, all games are running, all apps too. Do you think I should downgrade because of the drivers thing?
