Question How do I keep my usb ports on while the computer is off?

My usb ports on my old system was able to charge my wireless headset at night, while this new I can't get them to stay on. I've tried going into the device manager and turning them on, but all of my usb ports are called "Usb Composite Device" and they won't allow me to keep them on after shutdown. I was thinking about getting a wireless mouse, but I don't think I can if I have to charge it all day.

USB power depends on the motherboard capabilities.

And wireless mouse? They generally don't need charging every day. My Logitech MX Master only needs a charge every 2-3 weeks. Hours of use every day.

MY motherboard is a MSI - MPG Z390 Gaming Plus I thought it had a lot of features.

Or buy a powered USB hub.
Or a surge protector with USB charging points.
