How do I know how many cores my CPU is utilising?

Hey guys,
I have a new new PC with an i7-7700(non-k), basically I'm just wondering how do I know if all the cores are enabled and I'm getting the best performance out of it?

Check with Task Manager.

HWmonitor works well, it will show the min/max/current CPU usage and what clock speeds each core is.

This is my task manager, it's only showing one graph thats what's sort of gotten me confused. Am I supposed to do something to enable the rest? I have an i7-7700, this is also my first PC build lol

Right-click on the graph and select "show logical processors" in the menu.

Ah ok thankyou, it's showing 8 graphs now so I guess it's working as intended?

Yes. Your cpu has 8 logical cores, so there should be 8 graphs.
