How do I know if a USB is "1394"

Hey guys,

I am installing my parts into a "Cooler Master Elite 430 Mid Tower" case, and when I was about to hook up the front panel's USB 2.0 ports to my motherboard, when I noticed in the instructions that there are different ports for "USB 1314, USB 1112, and USB 910", underlined with a warning to "Never connect a 1394 cable to the USB connectors. Doing so will damage the motherboard!"

So...yeah, how do I know which one my plug is so that I can know where to put it?

1394 is also called firewire. Just make sure to not plug a firewire cable into the usb port and vice versa.

Oh ok, so since it's not a firewire, can I just stick it in any of those ports, or do those other numbers still matter?

On the usb they are just port numbers you can use either one.
