just got a liquid cooling system. It seems pretty nice. How do I know if liquid is flowing properly though both tubes? Seems like one the shorter tube is vibrating a lot more than the longer one.

Solution
Yes, that is correct. One hose is supplying the water to the waterblock, where it flows across it, then the other hose brings the warm water back to the radiator.
That would have been good information to know in your post, only Swiftechs coolers have the pump on the radiator, as they are expandable open loop coolers.
Look though the reservoir window, and feel the hoses. It does seem to be working just fine given those temps.

So when you said the pump circulate that means that one pipe is pulling the water from the CPU and the other is pushing the water on the CPU. That's why one would be hotter than the other? And also that makes more seance because it will require more force to pull due to gravity? Is that correct?
