you will have to check the specks of the case (dimensions) and copare it to the specs of the cooling equipement, to ensure that there will be enough clearance between the side and the end of the cooler

Everything will fit fine. You have to Google search the specs of your hardware to determine compatibility. I have actually done that for you. The case supports a max video card length of 315mm and a max CPU cooler height of 162mm according to the official specs.
