How do I know if my graphics card is compatible with my monitor

Monitor:Asus - 24" LED HD Monitor - Black

It will work. If your monitor uses VGA and not DVI there will be an adapter.

All monitors work with all GPU's. Worst case scenario is you have to buy an adapter, but that almost never happens. It may not always be a good idea to pair a monitor with a graphics card, but the pair will always "work."
