how do i know if my motherboard is good for overclocking?

im building a system with ryzen 5 2600 and a micro ATX motherboard, how do i know if the motherboard is good for overclocking

specs
CPU: ryzen 5 2600
cooler: dark rock pro 4
motherboard: Asus PRIME B450M-A/CSM

but there isnt really big difference in oc capability in motherboards anymore in the same price range.

what is a mofset? does powerphases number affext anything at all? i know there is some argument arround that topic but i dont really understand how it works

The difference between B450s is mostly looks, ports, branding, etc.

MOSFETs are transistors that make up the VRM (Voltage Regulator Module), the part that handles voltage adjustments for the motherboard.

Yes. Higher count/quality is better but you reach a diminishing boost fast.
Z87-A = 8 phase
Z87-A XPOWER = 32 Phase
0.2GHz better OC after tweaking the hell out of BIOS.
But, in my opinion, for those with bad airflow (small cases, few fans, ...), more is better. Because the load will be distributed and not overheat them.
