how do i know if my MSI B350M mortar has the BIOS update for amd ryzen 5 2400g support

at black friday i am buying me the list of the componens (which i had for 4 months changing and fixing it) so i want to ask this in advance. a friend of mine told me if i buy it. it may or may not have the BIOS version to work with the chosen cpu. does it tell you on the box which BIOS version it has or if it supports it? or in the manual? or do i just need to try it for myself?

I've seen where sometimes it tells you on the box.

Although sometimes it doesn't and you have to manually go in the BIOS to see what it is.

I don't think they keep the manuals up to date enough.....so I wouldn't look there.

Yeah true.....but in some cases I don't think they exactly know "the upgrade situation in the future" when they print the box.

The box will either have sticker or said to support 2000 series

Well.....as said above...it may (and maybe even "should") have a sticker.

I think the worst case is that you have to go in and look at it yourself.
