Question How do I know if it's my PSU or my GPU that's failing ?

Hi guys
Starting a few weeks ago, I've experienced the following problems:

  1. Computer not booting up despite being turned on (fans turned on, keyboard, mouse and mobo lights on)
  2. Computer crashing randomly, even when its on idle or I'm not playing any high intensity games
  3. Blue screen error (VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR) once
  4. Blue screen error (VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE) once
  5. Mobo sometimes showing a red LED on 'VGA' when it doesn't boot up
I can't manage to test the components individually as I do not have any other spare parts or computer lying around

Here are the relevant parts:
Motherboard: B150M Bazooka Plus
GPU: GTX 1060 3GB Dual
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz
PSU: Gamemax VP500

Context: I built this PC myself in 2017 and it has been running smoothly thus far. However, about two years ago, it began to show similar problems as what I'm experiencing now. I brought it to a friend who diagnosed it as a PSU issue and he swapped it out. The old PSU was a EVGA BQ 500 W 80+ Bronze. It ran well until a few weeks ago when the problems started surfacing again.

Thanks!
