Question How do I know if my ram sticks are faulty

I have been having a weird issue lately my laptop most of the time runs games slow but sometimes ( very rarely) it runs them at 60 fps which I think it might be that I got faulty ram sticks because I tried every software solution but nothing worked

Run MEMTEST. That is the simplest way -- test them.

Download the software -- https://www.memtest86.com/ install it onto a USB drive and boot the USB drive.
