How do i know my motherboard will go into this case.

I only want to change the case and i dont want to buy a whole new motherboard my motherboard is in a Dell Precision T3500.

I do not think that will fit. From what I found, the motherboard form factor is BTX, while that case supports ATX motherboards.

It seems to be a custom dell made motherboard, maybe look into Dell cases that support it?

Most cases now-a-days use ATX form factor, BTX is proprietary, id say you won't easily find a case that will fit it.
