Question How do i know my pc parts working. Plz help new build not wroking

1st build brough coolermaster mwe 750w bronze.fan wont spin i dont know if its has high temperature only spin.
Today brough gigabyte z690 aorus motherboard.
when i powered it fot first time using 24 pin cpu pin only that time red led was on.
And now it is only turn on the aorus logo for momentary.
Q flash not working there is no led Turning on after adding my 128gb fat32 bios pendrive and no response when tapping the q flash button.

Is it motherboard or psu fault.
I dont feel any electric shock. Even when touching them and taking the 24 pin of.
It is hard to install the 24 pin i don't here any click and when i use force to install it totally .is it then hard to open it.

Yes i connected .and i tried pc fan .powered the mobo by screw .
All fan work ,psu also work,
Mobo usb work also work .i can charge my phone by the usb .
Is it problem with my pendrive for using 128gb pendrive .
Or the formatted it wrong .
I formatted it by usb tool . Fat32 mbr

If having a pc to use for this just use the diskmanager to format the drive to FAT32. So find the usb stick in diskmanager and rightclick then choose format.

When doing the bios flashback make sure to have both power connectors connected to the motherboard which you at first didn't.
