Question How do I know which DIMM slots to put my RAM in?

I have an ASRock B450 Pro4
Four DIMM slots. My RAM is Corsair Vengance RGB Pro DDR4 2x8 and 3000MHz

Yes while I know to read the manual, I'm having a tough time trying to figure out what it's trying to tell me. I'm probably not looking at it right
