Question How do I know which final trial version of a confidential processor?

I'm looking to buy a confidential processor from intel, but I would like to know about the versions to get one of the last ones or the last one made to have as few bugs as possible.
I'm looking at the 12900k es qx7e and there are other versions like es qxlb and searching I didn't find anything.
Can anyone help please?
