Hello All

I have 3 external displays hooked up to my laptop which gives me a total of 4 displays.

I am running diagnostics on one screen and other things on the other screens.

My question here is that when I play an old game whose resolutions are not 1080p the resolutions changes on my primary screen, in order to run the game. This then changes the arrangements of my other programs running on the other displays. Which is quite annoying. Is there a way to lock the resolutions so that when i play a game on my primary display, other display does not get affected?

Thank You

I am not sure what would happen if you did the Win + P (to reduce down to main display). I know you can turn on and off monitors that way but have never used that many at once, and also would consider that it would likely send all the shortcuts back to the main display.

Might be worth a try anyway.

Play the game in borderless window, or windowed modes. Fullscreen at resolutions not native to the monitor will cause these types of issues.
The problem with this is that old games supports low resolutions runs on a very small window when played in windowed mode. This is because the main display is running on FHD res.

This changes the windows sizes on the diagnostic screen
