Question How do I make a virtual server for an environment to code in at home?

Hello, I am looking to create a RDP at home without any service, no fake YouTube tutorials, and also save a pretty penny.

Now anyways I need a cheap server that is worth it to install:
Visual Studio 2022
Python
and VS Code.

I also need to find a cheap server on Ebay that I can install my own operating system on.
It also needs to have enough disk space so I can install the programs I need, and it needs TO BE CHEAP.

So also it needs to handle a OS called Windows Server 2022.

Reply to my question if there is one you found on Ebay.

Sincerely,

Install your Server2022 as a VM in whatever hardware you currently use.
Assuming, of course, you have a valid license for this. Or are running a 180 day trial.

Given a good enough system in front of you now, that is an easy option.
It is what I used to do.

Windows Server 20XX, SQL and SharePoint servers.
And a couple of Windows 7/8/10 clients.

All encapsulated in a single physical box, holding several VMs.

Oracle VirtualBox.
