Hi naruto66. The latter part of my recommendation is going to be controversial, but here it goes. While I like the core i5-4460, a 4 core /4 thread CPU cannot fully utilize a RX 580 in AC Origins. It's a tough position because a LGA 1150 socketed i7-4790(K) upgrade would cost at least in the $200 - $250 USD price range here in the US. If I were in your position, I would upgrade to a newer platform, and I don't give that opinion lightly. I would upgrade to a Ryzen 7 2700, which sells on Amazon ($209.99), a B450 MB (~$80), and a 16GB GB 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM kit; possibly even 32GB if the price per GB was noticeably lower than the 16. I would also consider lower speed RAM if the price were insanely good. I would use the Amazon option that allows me to pay for items, interest free over a five month period. That option is only available to some Amazon customers. If I didn't have that option, but had decent credit, I would use a Amazon, NewEgg, or any credit card or finance option that let me pay over an extended period of time for a reasonable interest rate. That is what I would personally do, but only if I had dependable full-time employment.
