Question How do I make RAM speeds 3200?

Hello, I just bought 16 GB (2x8 GB) Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR 3200 RAM to replace my 8 GB stick. When I installed it and went into BIOS, it still says it is running at 2133, and CPU-Z says 1066. I have my A-XMP enabled for my Profile 1, but the BIOS still says 2133. How can I get them to run at 3200?
