how do i make windows 7 start up faster?

when I had windows 10 my pc would be at desktop within 10 seconds no joke. I had to go back to 7 though because I had some gaming problems. now im on 7 and it takes over a minute to be at desktop. anyway to fix this? im debating on upgrading to windows 8 as well but not too sure yet

On 10 you were probably using fast startup which is on by default and hibernates system files. On 7 you could just sleep or hibernate for a similar effect.

You could remove unused services. If your not willing to attemp this you could use advance system cares boost mode to remove them for you.
