How Do I Measure RAM speeds?

Hello, I was told to download cpu-z to check my ram speed, NB frequency says 2210mhz
and DRAM says 937 mhz, i am supposed to have DDR3 memory of at least 1866 mhz, how do i measure single channel memory?

Do I still do 937.6 x 2 or thats only for dua channel? i think thats it because its almost at 1866 mhz

yes you are correct in your assumption it is x2
