How Do I Monitor Idle GPU Temperatures

I'm just wondering if there are any programs that I can run to monitor GPU Temps at idle

You can use MSI Afterburner to monitor temps and tweak around. Or HWInfo to just monitor temps.

You can use SPEEDFAN or HWMonitor for watching gpu temps. And for monitoring and tweaking, you can use EVGA Pricision or MSI Afterburner. i would recommend MSI Afterburner.
