How do I move windows 8 from my cd to a usb drive?

Hey guys, I was hoping you could help me with something. I'm getting the disk version of windows 8.1 and that's great except for one major problem. My computer has neither a disk drive or the support for one as it's in the NZXT H440.

I was just wondering how I could move the iso file from the cd onto a usb stick and how do I make it bootable? I'm guessing I need a few programs like power iso which I already have etc. but if anyone knew the steps to doing it or had a link to a program that does it automatically, that would be awesome. I think Microsoft has one but I cant find it :/

Yeah, I'm doing a clean install not an upgrade. Just built a pc and managed to find a way to get windows 8.1.
