Question How do I OC Ram?

I currently have it OCed to 3000 cl14 with a ballistix 3000 cl15 kit and I want to go lower but I used the Dram calculator so im not sure how to go without using it.

Don't. At 3000/14 you are already faster than 3200/16 by a decent margin, which in ram terms is partial nanoseconds difference. Ryzen are picky about ram, and you are currently stable. Reducing Cas further isn't going to net any gains, nor will attempts to push 3200/14 if you create instability. It's one of those times where good enough simply is good enough.
