Well my gpu R7 250 1gb Asus has started to make some noise, i mean its fan. Now i have a question can it be opened or not so i can change thermal paste bcs i suppose thats the problem?

You see the 4 screws on the back of the card?

You need to unscrew those and any other screws you think are holding the fan in place as well as unplug any cords that connect your fan to the circuit board to fully remove it.
