My case is too small to carry 700W PSU . So I plan to get rid of some built-in components which they are using these screws . I will post the pictures here .

The screws I mean are located in the very top of this case (total of 5 screws )

Thank you

who told you? there are short 700 watts power supply

those are not screws ... those are permanent .. you break them ...

Those top "screws" are acutally rivets. They hold they case together removing them wouldn't do anything. However if you want to remove them you'll need a drill bit just smaller then the dimple in the rivet. You'll need to drill it out. You'll also need to buy new rivets and a rivet gun if you wanna replace them.

dear, forget about the power supply , I wanted to know how to open these circle-looking screws . de-solder them using soldering iron ?

Those look like rivets to me. If screws or rivets, they are not intended to be removed. They hold the case together.
You normally can remove and replace all the components of your pc by removing the side covers, and perhaps the front covers.
The screw with the tool in it looks like a thumb screw. If it is too tight, you can use pliers or vise grips to loosen it.

What will you need a psu as strong as 700w for? You can run the strongest single graphics card on 600w.
ATX psu's have standard width and height dimensions. They vary in length from as little as 140mm up to 180mm or so.

If the parts are truly screws, it looks like they have torx heads. You can buy a torx kit like this:
