How do I overclock my I 7 8700k to 4.7 ghz

I just wanted to get into overclocking because I got a corsair h100i v2. I have an ROG Z370-F motherboard. I just want to know the safest settings for my cpu to be at 4.7 ghz.

The BIOS purists won't like it but with that setup you should be able to quickly setup a 4.7 OC in Intel Extreme Tuning Utility.
Get it downloaded and installed, go to Basic Tuning, in Step 2 set the Processor Core Ratio to 47 and the Cache Ratio to 43.
Click Apply on the right then give it a stress test.
Use this as a starting point.
Try and understand everything that the monitor window at the bottom and the Advanced Tuning panel on the right are telling you.
Before you know it you'll be delidding that sucker and fiddling about in the BIOS 'till 4am squeezing out every last drop of sweet speed.

Here are 3 different tutorials from YouTube. Between all 3 you should be able to get a good idea how to overclock in the Bios. As a side note, these cpu run hot. Your H100i v2.0 should be enough for 4.7 and most likely 4.8ghz
